Once in a Blue Moon Promotion
As Student Promotions Manager, I worked extensively with the director and cast of “Once in a Blue Moon” to create a media relations and social media promotions campaign.
Planned tactics deadlines. Consulted on poster design. Developed press release and contacted local journalists, resulting in one earned media hit. Created and scheduled all social media content for Facebook event, Theatre department Facebook page, and Instagram account, including photos and promotional video. Facebook event reached nearly 3,000 people, with promotional video reaching 1,200. By far the best metric was that five out of eight shows sold out!
