Be the Match Event
This event was a partnership between Be The Match, a national bone marrow donor registry, and my Public Relations Management class.
As a team, we conducted primary audience research, collaborated with local partners such as Moe’s and the campus coffee shop, and conducted a rapid-fire social media and email campaign. The event garnered lots of attention, resulting in sixty-three students registering to join the marrow donor registry, surpassing our original goal of fifty registrations.
I worked on the planning and budgeting team to establish objectives, strategies, tactics, a list of action items and deadlines. Oversaw graphic design branding for social media and printed posters. My team managed receipts and summarized budget in final document.
